Chinese Ming-style cloisonné small scholar's bottle vase with ring handles. 4 ¾ or 12 cm tall. 18th or early 19th century.

Ming-style palette and form, but Qing period. Copper construction with gilding throughout. Scrolling lotus decoration with lotus petal border at the neck. Fine pitting can be seen throughout the enamel.

There are also small, random areas of wear, which indicate age. The base plate is very thin, which can be felt by tapping with a fingernail. No damage, only very small areas of wear to the enamel.
