The vase is in very good condition. There is a slight chip on the base, though this is not very noticeable. The gold rim has a stamp on it, which is obviously something done at manufacture.

In addition, some of the orange writing on the side of the vase, just below the inscription, has faded with time, but this only serves to enhance the vintage look of this giant vase.
