Very Rare Chinese Qing Dynasty Tomb Stone with Incise Carving of Dragons, Buddha or Kwanyin Figures, Foo Dogs and Chinese Calligraphy Writing Plaque with. Two Tiger or Lion Figures on Front Side of Base and Backside of Base is Empty. This rare tomb stone is double sided with one side depicting protruding one seated buddha figure on top, 4 protruding figures with one protruding seated buddha in center and 2 protruding foo dogs and 2 men just below.On the either side are 2 protruding dragons running down with 1 protruding standing buddha. On opposite side there is one protruding buddha on top with 2 men with buddha or kwanyin figure etched in center and on the bottom section of the plaque is etched with Chinese characters. Item is in good condition overall for age with lots of wear from weather, some loss of patina, change in patina and there is a small stone chip area on top section of the side with Chinese calligraphy (see 8th photo). Because this item is in our make shift (home made) Japanese garden they probably have more wear on them from the time these pictures were taken.
