VINTAGE CHINESE 30g CARVED TURQUOISE 7-8mm SHOU BEAD NECKLACE 18

This is a graduated hand carved turquoise Shou bead necklace. Each Shou bead is skillfully hand carved with the Chinese character for longevity and measures 7-8mm in diameter. The necklace is comprised of 52 beads, is hand knotted, and measures 18 inches in length. It has an unusual vermeil filigree box clasp with an enamel flower and is in excellent condition.

You can see in the third photo the clasp is marked silver, which was the Chinese mark for sterling silver. Total weight is just under 30 grams. This necklace is gorgeous and would make a great addition to your collection or a perfect gift for someone special.
