An Antique Chinese Genuine Kangxi Phoenix Bowl, Double Fish Marked

  

This is a genuine Antique Chinese Bowl from the Reign of the Kangxi Emperor. I found this bowl in an antique shop in Oxfordshire England. The owner had taken the bowl to the Ashmolean museum to have it identified/appraised and the museum confirmed it as from the Kangxi reign period. The bowl has the Buddhist two fish symbol on the base.

This bowl is currently in good condition but has at some point in its history been damaged and professionally restored. It has been so well restored I did not notice for some time.
