Measures 23 1/2 inches underam to underarm. Back of neck to hem measures 42 inches long.

Antique pre-owned comdition - The silk lining is coming away slightly at neckline - see photo. There is a little fraying around the neck and I do see a few stain marks here and there - see photos.
