For your consideration is this antique Chinese jade mounted sterling silver hand mirror. To better describe the item, we took photos. In natural light and studio light.

This hand mirror is a Chinese export piece from the early 20th century. Metal part is gilded silver, also marked SILVER.

The large carved nephrite jade piece and the nephrite jade hair pin date to the 18th century. Other small mounted gems are antique jadeite jade and tourmaline from the 18th and 19th centuries.

Condition: very good antique condition, with age related wear and some loss of gold coating. Upon close examination, we noticed a tiny loss on one leaf-- mentioned for accuracy. We encourage all interested buyers to check out all photos.

Marked on one photo with details. Total length of the mirror: approx 270 mm. Length of handle: approx 130 mm. Carved Nephrite Jade on back of mirror: approx 85.6X39 mm. Weight of mirror: 297.7 grams.
