CHINESE EXPORT SILVER BOWL c1885 LUENWO - DRAGONS A fine and very rare c1885 Chinese export silver dragon handle and panel footed bowl or jardiniere. From the well listed shop of Luenwo. In raised rectangular form with hand carved battling dragons amidst clouds, set within pierced panel.

Framed in solid silver flowering prunus tree atop rich stippled surfaces. Like satin to the touch. Boldly cast arched back, full body dragon handles. This Luenwo Chinese silver bowl is 10 3/4 inches across handles and 6 1/4 across longest rims and 22 1/2 standard ounces. Rich silver patina, retains original detail.
