Center with Greek key framed shield framed by hand decorated dragons battling. In and out of the clouds. One dragon breathing a long fire stream at the other. Atop forward facing (rare design) dragon mask feet with five claw tip. This c1885 Chinese export silver dragons in battle. Tray is 14 1/2 by 11 inches and 30 1/2 standard ounces.
