CHINESE EXPORT SILVER TEA SET "SIGNED NANKING SILVER" 59 OZ. A large late 19th century hand decorated Chinese export silver. Tapering octagonal urn shape with beautifully hand carved. Streaming bamboo atop soft hand hammered surfaces.

Center oval shield with Gothic R for the original owner. Octagonal bell covers with tapering urn and globe finial.

Rolled leaf opening to spout and angular C-scroll handles. This hand decorated Chinese export silver teapot. Is 10 1/2 inches and set weighs 59 1/2 standard ounces. This workshop is listed in several texts. Handle secure, well matched later stops.
